The fee for the activity are quantified on the basis of professional charges as approved by the National Bar.

The plot is made by following the closure of the case. In it are given the costs and fees owed, and 2% (by calculating the sum of fees and expenses taxed) for contribution to provident fund and 20% (by calculating the sum of fees, expenses and taxable contribution) for IVA.

The amount of competences (rights and fees) varies depending on the value of practice.
